Tuition and Fees

Attending ACC is an affordable option for most students. Tuition rates are based on residency.
Tuition may be paid using the college website under “Make a Payment” .

  • $45/credit hour - in-district tuition
  • $90/credit hour - out-of-district tuition
  • $140/credit hour - non resident tuition
  • Technology fee - $60
  • Student Service fee - $22
  • Learning Resource Center fee - $15
  • Bursar fee - $10
  • Security fee - $20
  • Registration fee (non-refundable) - $30
  • General Service fee - $7 per credit hour
  • Additional fees may apply - determined by course/program selected

Active duty military out-of-state residents are eligible for in-state tuition by presenting a military identification card to the VA Certifying Official.

  • Nontraditional Credit Fee $50/credit hour
  • Technical Course Fee $10
  • Returned Check Fee $30
  • Registration Late Fee $50
  • ID Replacement Card Fee $5
  • Transcript Fee $5 per transcript
  • Online Course Fee $35

*Registration Fee: Non-Refundable
Unless otherwise noted, all co-ops, internships and labs include a $15 fee.

Active duty members of the armed services will be charged tuition at the in-district rate, upon presentation of a military identification card to the ACC Cashier.

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN

Payment plan information will be available on the ACC website. Payment Plan contracts are located at www.alvincollege.edu - Make a Payment. Plans will be available November 7, 2016. Withdrawals after the refund period do not cancel the balance owed on the payment plan. Records holds for balances due must be paid by cash, money order, or credit card at the cashier window in Building A.

Students with four delinquent payments on their payment plan will be ineligible to set up a future payment plan.
