Registration Information

INTERNET EXPLORER 8:  Datatel has made us aware of compatibility problems with Windows Internet Explorer 8 and WebAccess. If you are using IE8 to log in to WebAccess and you receive error messages, you can do one of the following workarounds:

1. Temporarily download the Firefox Browser from  http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html  or the Opera Internet Browser http://www.opera.com/ and use them to log into WebAccess from the ACC Homepage.

2. Users can individually avoid the message and make the WebAccess work by putting Internet Explorer 8 into "compatibility mode". Simply click the "Compatibility View" button next to the refresh button (by default) and then refresh the page. This should allow WebAdvisor to function like it was rendered through IE7. Call the ACC Help Desk at 281-756-3544.
