Yoga has been practiced around the world for more than 5,000 years. It offers a variety of physical, emotional and mental health benefits. With regular practice, yoga can:

A basic yogic practice is made up of three main components: Meditation for stress reduction, pranayama, breathing techniques that help you to control your body and mind; and asana -- poses to stretch your muscles and increase flexibility and muscle tone. Yoga is non-competitive and leaves you feeling invigorated, yet calm and relaxed.
Classes will start at beginner level and progress to intermediate. Each class consists of the three main components of yoga, mentioned above. Class ends with relaxation.

Cardio Kickboxing (open enrollment) offers intense workouts to help you sculpt your body into what you want. Kickboxing can build up or tone any part of your body. Workouts include signature moves proven to burn fat and help give you a sleek, toned body and rock-hard abs. Incredible moves target your core and abs and guarantee serious results. Inspired by dance and martial arts, each move targets a specific muscle group or body part to strengthen and sculpt your physique and promote overall balance and core strength. The moves are fun, effective, and energetic.
Also included in this class is Boot Camp training, which involves calisthenics-like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat, and -- best of all -- you burn calories like crazy.
