The college’s RN to BSN program creates a direct, flexible pathway for Associate Degree Nurses and working registered nurses ready to take the next step. “This program is about meeting nurses where they are,” said Elizabeth Saucedo, Director of Nursing Programs. “They’ve already proven themselves in the field. Our role is to help them build on that experience and open doors they may not have thought possible.”
Built specifically for licensed RNs who already hold an associate degree, the program emphasizes practical, career-focused skills. Coursework centers on leadership, evidence-based practice, community health, and healthcare technology, preparing graduates for the evolving demands of modern healthcare.

“The workforce is changing, and healthcare organizations need professionals who can lead, analyze data, and improve systems,” said Dr. Stacy Ebert, Provost and Vice President of Workforce & Strategy. “This program was built with direct input from industry partners to ensure our graduates are ready for what comes next, not what came before.”
For many nurses, earning a BSN is more than a credential. It is a gateway to expanded roles such as charge nurse, case manager, and leadership positions, as well as a stepping stone toward graduate education.
