Admissions Next Steps
Congratulations! You've completed the Admissions process, here are your Next Steps:
- Set up ACCess ID in The POD
The Student ACCessID gives students all-in-one access to registration, student records, financial aid, student email, and much more. View The POD video for more information.
- Meet with a Pathways Advisor
Meet with a Pathways Advisor (required for first-time college students).
If you have previously attended college, you are encouraged but not required to meet with an advisor.
Sign in at the Welcome Center to meet with an advisor or request a virtual appointment. Note: All admissions steps must be completed prior to meeting with a Pathways Advisor. If you need help completing the admissions steps, click here for Virtual Enrollment Assistants, call 281-756-3531, or visit in-person at the ACC Welcome Center.
- Register for Classes
Students are encouraged to register themselves via Student Planning. Student Planning is accessible once logged into The Pod. View "How To" video for assistance.
- Make a Payment
Click here to Make a Payment online (view "How To" video for help) or pay in person at the Cashier window by the Welcome Center. Tuition installment plans are available.
- Student ID Card & Parking Permit
All enrolled students are required to carry a valid ACC student ID card when on campus. Click here to learn more.
- Purchase Textbooks
Purchase your textbooks at the College Store. Complete textbook information is available by visiting the ACC Bookstore website. View this "How To" video to learn more about purchasing your books online.
