Meeting Schedule

APPLICANT MEETINGS are designed to provide nursing applicants more detailed information about the program and application process. These meetings are mandatory for anyone who has decided to apply to the nursing program.

LVN-ADN Transition Program Applicant Meetings

Meetings are held on-line and in-person on a weekly basis during the application period. The February 2025 LVN-ADN Transition program applicant meeting schedule is below.

To join the meeting by phone, call +1-571-392-7650 and use PIN 502 390 4494. If joining by phone, email your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number to nursing@alvincollege.edu for meeting attendance credit.

The March 2025 2-Year ADN program applicant meeting schedule is below. Meetings are held on-line and in-person.

Prepare for your nursing education by attending a general information meeting or applicant meeting. 

GENERAL INFORMATION MEETINGS are designed to provide information about preparing to apply to the nursing program. These meetings are optional, and are suitable for the general public and for those in the process of deciding whether to apply to nursing. If you attend a general information meeting and then decide to apply, you must also attend an applicant meeting. Information meetings are on-line.
