Alvin College Counseling Services provides free, confidential, and short-term mental health counseling for registered Alvin College students age 18+. In-person and virtual appointments are available:

If you or someone you know is in a suicidal crisis, call 9-1-1, go to your nearest

Our experienced counselors will help you navigate emotional concerns, build new skills, and strengthen personal resources.

To request that a counselor reach out to a student to share information about our services, please complete a Counseling Services Referral Form.
- Fall & Spring Semesters: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Summer Semester: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Alvin College counselors do not check messages or have availability after hours, during holidays, vacation, or when the campus is closed.
